Check-in – Rooms will be available from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., unless otherwise required by the guests, who are in any case invited to communicate in advance time of arrival or any delays, in order to prepare the best possible welcome, avoiding unnecessary waiting.
Guests are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document to fill in the P.S. card and to settle the payment of the booked stay at the same time.
Animals are not allowed inside the structure, only for hygienic reasons and for possible allergies from other clients.
The minimum age for renting a suite is 18 years. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be accepted if they have a release form signed by their parents or guardians.

Use of the Guest House - For public safety reasons, guests are not permitted to bring people into the rooms at any time.
Room cleaning and bathroom are done daily and include the change of towels.
Bed linen is changed every 3 days, unless there are specific requests for more frequent changes.
Guests are kindly requested to use the toilets appropriately, avoiding flushing anything down in the WC (use the provided waste bins).
Guests will find everything needed in the bedrooms and bathroom . The management will do its best to satisfy any further requests or needs.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas (Article 51, Law 3 of 16/01/03).
Silence is recommended during the following hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. In any case, please do not disturb others’ peace at any time of the day.
A la carte breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the “Bar Central Café”, located outside Amnis Rooms or Guatemala Café located just opposite Amnis Rooms.
Guests are required to compensate for any damage caused by improper use of the facilities. At the end of their stay, guests must return the room keys. In case of loss, the damage will be charged.
No liability is accepted for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal items. Valuables can be stored in the safe box in each suite.
